about me
For decades I’ve helped clients gain the rich understanding of their customers and constituents that they need to make strategic decisions. I’ve conducted thousands of interviews, and excel at guiding and inspiring participants to convey clear and memorable information.

I’ve spoken with patients dying of cancer, and impassioned fans of a certain donut. I've explored global auto executives' intentions about electric vehicles, and Army veterans' involvement in an alleged massacre. I use my well-honed interviewing skills with all kinds of people on a wide range of topics, always determined to meet my clients’ goals.

I enjoy my professional work of understanding people’s stories for business purposes. But it's been especially gratifying to apply my skills to help appreciate a person, champion a group's history, or celebrate an event.
A couple examples:
-
I recorded an interview with a friend’s dying relative so she would always have their spoken words to comfort and inspire her.
-
Before I officiated a wedding, I interviewed family and friends of the couple in order to create an engaging, fun, intimate ceremony. Guests said it was the most distinct and enjoyable ceremony they had seen, and a great kickoff for the evening.

Randi C. Cohen

I have listened to thousands and thousands of recordings and transcribed them, and I love working on Randi's projects. She has a way of making people feel comfortable, and I think it makes people willing to open up on whatever topic is discussed.

I love learning about people's stories — and I really like asking questions that reveal even more meaning behind them. Could that help you? Maybe it's the right time to capture memories from someone you care about, or use others' stories to mark a notable occasion. Let’s find the words that match this moment.

How can I help?
